ORDERS

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Athens, Greece.

Prices displayed on our website include the applicable VAT and are denominated in euros (€). For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT.

Please note that any local currency conversion shown on our website is provided for informational purposes only. All transactions are processed in euros (€). If your payment method is denominated in another currency, the final amount charged may vary according to the exchange rate and any fees applied by your payment provider at the time of processing. AESTHET cannot be held responsible for any difference between the estimated local currency amount displayed at checkout and the final amount charged by your payment provider.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and verification. Items placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until the checkout process has been completed successfully.

AESTHET accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure certified payment providers. Payment cards and other payment methods are charged at the time the order is placed. AESTHET reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or unlawful activity, pricing or typographical errors, payment authorization issues, or product unavailability. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded using the original payment method.

All products undergo a quality control inspection prior to dispatch. If an item does not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right not to ship the product and will notify you accordingly.

We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions and details as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur depending on screen settings and device displays.

Occasionally, certain items may be temporarily out of stock but expected to become available again. Such products may be marked with the label “More Stock Coming Soon”. In some cases, customers may be offered the possibility to place an advance purchase by contacting our customer service team. Alternatively, customers may register their email address to receive a notification once the product becomes available again online.

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis, specially sourced upon request, customized, personalized or made-to-order. Such items may not be eligible for return or refund where permitted by applicable law. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective or non-conforming products.

Requests for order cancellation, address changes or payment modifications must be submitted to customerservice@aesthet.com before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
