RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to AESTHET within 7 calendar days.
To be eligible for return, all items must be unused, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging, with the security tag and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not comply with our Return Policy may be refused and sent back to the original shipping address.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom orders, items specially sourced or restocked upon customer request, made-to-order products, seasonal items identified as “Non-Returnable” on the relevant product page, or items marked as “Final Sale”, except in the case of defective products.
Please note that returns from countries outside the European Union are only accepted for non-sale items and only from the destinations indicated in the table below.
AESTHET reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy and the return instructions provided with the order.
For security, customs and logistics reasons, returns must be sent using the courier instructions and shipping account provided by AESTHET. Returns sent through unauthorized shipping methods or without prior approval may be refused and returned to the original shipping address.
RETURN FEES
Original shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Return fees apply according to the table below. Where complimentary returns are offered, this policy is limited to one exchange per order.

Product Exchange
Items may be exchanged for a different size or a different style, subject to availability.
Store Credit
Store credit will be credited directly to your account and may be used for future online purchases during checkout as well as in our physical stores. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days from the date you receive the email confirming that the returned items have been received, inspected and accepted. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that, depending on the payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account. For orders paid via IRIS or cash on delivery, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer during the return process. In such cases, AESTHET is not responsible for any incoming bank charges applied by the recipient’s bank.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order using the button below or through your account order history. After your return request has been approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to AESTHET within 7 days.
After submitting your return request, you will receive an email confirming your request together with instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
When your returned package has been received and accepted, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, simply follow the instructions included in the Gift Exchange Card enclosed with your order.
Gift items may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value or returned for store credit. Refunds are not available for gift returns.
