STORE RETURN POLICY

Full-price items purchased or collected from our physical stores in Attica and Mykonos may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 calendar days of purchase or collection.

Store credit is valid for 12 months and may be used in-store or online.

Please note that we do not offer refunds and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To make a return or exchange, please provide your proof of purchase or gift receipt. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with the security tag and designer tags attached.

Customers are responsible for checking the condition of their items at the time of purchase or collection. Once the items have been accepted, any visible signs of damage or wear will be considered to have been acknowledged at that time. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.

Online orders collected in-store may only be returned at an AESTHET store and are subject to this Return Policy.

Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Store credit is issued to the gift recipient and cannot be exchanged for cash.
