SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched from our distribution center in Athens, Greece.
Within Greece, complimentary shipping is available via ACS home delivery and BOX NOW locker pickup for orders over €100, and via DHL Express for orders over €300, excluding same-day delivery services.
Same-day delivery with ACS is available within selected areas of Athens on working days only for orders placed before 12:00PM (EET), subject to availability.
You also have the option to collect your order free of charge from our Athens or Golden Hall store within 5 days of receiving the email confirming that your order is ready for store pickup.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order. AESTHET does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs procedures and courier delays.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, you will be contacted by email for approval before your order is dispatched. Please note that AESTHET does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Undelivered orders may be returned to AESTHET after a period of one week. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped within the European Union do not incur import duties or additional taxes. All applicable VAT is included in the prices displayed on our website.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means that customs clearance is completed before delivery and no additional charges will be due upon arrival.
Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable in the case of returns. Customers may be able to recover such amounts by contacting their local customs authority directly.
GIFTS
During checkout, you may choose to have your order, or selected items from your order, sent as a gift. Gift orders include gift packaging and a gift exchange card with instructions on how to exchange the gifted item for another product. You may also include a personal message, which will be handwritten and enclosed with your gift.
You may choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please enter the recipient’s details in the Shipping Address section during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the gift has been delivered. The order invoice will be sent only to the purchaser by email.
If you are unsure what to choose, you also have the option to offer an AESTHET Gift Card.
